What to write to us about
- A figure that is wrong or out of date. This is the most useful message we get. Percentages, rollover multiples, bonus codes and minimum deposits all move, and we would rather re-date a row than leave a stale one up.
- A restricted-state list that does not match what an operator told you. If a book accepted or refused your state and our card says otherwise, we want to know, with the date.
- A change in the Act 247 process. A signed amended compact, or a federal approval on one, is the news this site exists to track. If you have seen one before we have, tell us.
- A factual error about Wisconsin law. Cite the provision and we will check it against the source.
- Corrections to a rating or an author page, including from operators, who are welcome to dispute a position on the published criteria.
What we cannot help with
- Account problems at an operator. We are not an operator, we hold no accounts on your behalf, and we cannot see your balance, your bonus or your verification status. With an offshore book the ladder runs to the operator's own complaints contact and then to its licensing body, and no Wisconsin regulator sits anywhere on it.
- A launch date. We are asked weekly and the answer does not change: no date has been set, and we will not invent one to be helpful.
- Legal or tax advice. We describe how the rules are written. What they mean for your return is a question for a professional in Wisconsin.
- Requests to add or remove an operator on commercial grounds.
- Anything from anyone under 21. This site is not for you.
